$85, $135, $185, $235

See below for upgrade descriptions

After a thorough consultation, each session is fully customized to ensure your specific needs are met. This is a targeted treatment for those looking to improve mobility and reduce pain. Deep tissue and trigger point techniques used. Chronic, acute, multiple symptomatic issues can be addressed. Stretching helps keep the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy. It also helps prevent injuries and helps to ensure that both muscles on each side of a joint maintain an equal degree of pull so the joint is able to move freely and efficiently in all directions. This session will help promote muscle repair and improve range of motion. Different modalities in addition to massage therapy may include active and passive stretching, cupping therapy, IASTM (scraping), and the use of a percussive massage gun to help break up adhesions and improve circulation throughout the body.

If you are looking strictly for relaxation, Flex Wellness may not be for you. Clients who wish to have better body movement and to be put on the right path of taking control of their health should book this appointment.

If you are a new client seeking treatment, please select the “New Client Consult & Treatment Session” when booking online. SRT Stretching Session

Full Session 60 minutes $135 | Add- On to Treatment Session $50

Fully clothed session to gently stretch the body to help reduce tension on the fascial system and joints.

Soft-stretch Release Technique, SRT, is a unique approach to neuromyofascial release and unwinding of the tissue with a completely gentle, soft, and non-aggressive application. Intentional focus on Soft, Slow, Safe, and Support. Touch is one of the most important for installing new sensory data into your nervous system. Your nervous system works directly with your fascia and muscular systems. When the nervous system is upregulated, traumatized, or locked into a cycle of trauma and fear, aggressive muscular and skeletal modalities may not help as much as you think. By intentionally disarming and working with, not against, the nervous system that we can make true healing more accessible. The fascial system is directly connected to the muscles, bones, nerves, and other systems within the body. Your body is engulfed in fascia, if there’s restrictions in the fascia it can impact the whole line— think of it as like a snag in a sweater. Fascial restrictions and limitations may cause nerve pain or other chronic issues throughout your muscles and other systems as well. SRT does not simply look at muscular flexibility, but joint mobility and nervous system defense, paired with lymphatic facilitation and release of fascia. Learn more by clicking the button below.

Intra-Oral Massage for TMJ Disorder

60 Minute Full Session $135

Add on an additional 30 minutes to scheduled treatment session $50

Stand alone service 30 minutes $85 (Book online 30 minute Treatment Session)

Intra-oral massage is a specialized form of massage therapy that focuses on the muscles inside the mouth, including those involved in jaw movement. This technique can be highly effective in relieving tension, reducing pain, and improving range of motion in the jaw joint. By targeting the muscles involved in TMJ disorder, intra-oral massage can help release tightness and trigger points, improve circulation, and promote relaxation in the jaw area. During a session, you can expect gentle, precise manipulation of the muscles inside your mouth to release tension, improve circulation, and restore proper function to the jaw joint. You will also experience massage to the outside of your jaw, your scalp, and your neck to help produce optimal function of the jaw and help eliminate tension to surrounding muscles.

CranioSacral Therapy

45 minute Full Session $95

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle hands on technique that uses a light touch to examine membranes and movement of the fluids in and around the central nervous system. It’s a type of bodywork that relieves compression in the bones of the head, sacrum, and spinal column. Through the gentle manipulation of the bones in the skull, spine, and pelvis, the flow of cerebrospinal fluid in the central nervous system can be normalized. This removes “blockages” from the normal flow, which enhances the body’s ability to heal.

See below for addional modalites that may be added to any session complimentary

Guided PEMF Therapy

  • Much like a battery, the human body is electric. Our cells carry voltage. The electric charges necessary to maintain optimum health in our cells can decline from age, injuries, and illness. E+ Therapy helps to restore this healthy electrical balance within the body.

With Electrons+, the practitioner can use their hands to guide an electromagnetic field into the patient’s body, thereby stimulating the healing process at a cellular level.

Cupping Therapy

  • Cupping therapy has been around for thousands of years originating in Chinese medicine. Plastic or silicone cups are placed on the body and suction is created using negative pressure. Similar to deep tissue, the layers beneath are instead stretched upward creating space in tissues. The colored spots that may be seen after is blood flow rising to the surface to help promote circulation. Muscle tension and pain are then relieved as well. This can be accomplished by leaving cups stationary, with active movements while cups are on, or passively gliding them on the skin to stretch tissue.

IASTM

  • Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), or also known as scraping, blading, or gua sha, is the use of a metal tool that is used to help release fascial adhesions. A tool can work more specifically to release tight spots in the top layered tissues under the skin because of the specific beveled edge. This improves blood flow around the area, while decreasing tension.

Normatec Boots

  • Normatec is the next evolution of the iconic Normatec series, using dynamic air compression to advance your wellness, recover faster, improve your training, and maximize your performance. Normatec’s patented precision pulse technology helps to increase circulation, revive muscles, and reduce swelling and has long been the choice of elite athletes and consumers throughout the globe.

7 levels of compression and our patented Pulse technology deliver precise treatment to 5 overlapping zones with ZoneBoost™ by using biomimicry to replicate the natural muscle pumps and one way valves of the legs.

Kinesiology Taping

  • Kinesiology tape is a stretchable tape that’s applied to the skin on the problem area. The tape lifts the skin to create more space between tissue layers beneath, more space means an increase of blood and lymphatic circulation. Tape also stabilizes and supports joints and muscles, and also decompress nerve pain receptors. The brand Rock Tape will be primarily used.

CBD

  • BD is the abbreviation for cannabidiol, one of the many cannabinoids, or chemical compounds, found in hemp.

Tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC, which is another compound found in the cannabis plant, is the main psychoactive component. But unlike THC, CBD is not psychoactive. In other words, it's not what gets you high. The cannabis plant is made up of two main players: CBD and THC. CBD is the non-psychoactive portion of the plant, so what that means is you won't have any of those effects.

The human body contains a specialized system called the endocannabinoid system (ECS), which is involved in regulating a variety of functions including sleep, appetite, pain and immune system response.

The body produces endocannabinoids, which are neurotransmitters that bind to cannabinoid receptors in your nervous system.

Studies have shown that CBD may help reduce chronic pain by impacting endocannabinoid receptor activity, reducing inflammation and interacting with neurotransmitters.

Inflammation is a root cause for many things, it even creeps up on the most healthy people. CBD has properties that combat these imbalances and for this reason we believe it is something that anyone could add to their daily routine.

In summary, it could help your tension, aches and pains you’ve been dealing with. CBD focuses on taking away inflammation that may be causing your discomfort, not necessarily making you “feel a certain way.”

Hot Stones

  • Hot stones are heated by controlled temperature system which helps melt away tension, ease muscle stiffness, and increase circulation, all with a calming yet healing effect. Hot stones, when coupled with massage, also help to expand blood vessels, which encourages blood flow throughout the body.

The heat from the stones leads to deep relaxation and to warming up of the tight muscles enabling to work muscles more deeply and more quickly.

Targeted Red Light Therapy

  • The red light used in a LED lamp produces wavelengths that penetrates deep into the skin and tissue layers to activate cellular activity. The red and infrared light penetrates the skin to jumpstart tissue recovery by becoming more active.

It works by producing a biochemical effect in cells that strengthens the mitochondria. The mitochondria are the powerhouse of the cell — it’s where the cell’s energy is created. The energy carrying molecule found in the cells of all living things is called ATP (adenosine triphosphate).

By increasing the function of the mitochondria using red light, a cell can make more ATP. With more energy, cells can function more efficiently, rejuvenate themselves, and repair damage, while also improving circulation and oxygenation. This spurs quick healing in skin and muscle tissue, reducing inflammation fast.
