My name is Bryanna Watkins, licensed massage therapist and owner of Flex Wellness, a professional powerhouse designed to help you with all your muscular tissue issues and overall wellbeing. With orthopedic, rehabilitation, and athletic experience, my goal with massage therapy with integration of movement techniques, is to help you alleviate pain and discomfort, keep your body function optimal, as well as to help you relax so you can live your life to the very fullest. With a nursing background, the thought of being able to use therapy to help people get out and stay out of pain was intriguing, so the decision was made to go back to school for massage therapy at Aveda Institute Minneapolis, and graduated in 2016. Additional training to receive a certification in cupping therapy at CenterPoint Massage Therapy school was completed. Training in kinesiology taping was completed as well, being Functional Movement Rock Tape certified. Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) was added as well to my practice by getting certified through Rock Tape FMT Blades. Over the last couple years a continuing education courses were taken on CranioSacral Therapy, and intra-oral massage to help treat TMJ disorder which helps reduce tension in the jaw joint and decrease pain and clicking. I’ve also added an incredible modality called Guided PEMF, which has revolutionized my practice. Most recently, I have added shockwave therapy to my practice. All of these together bring you a GAME CHANGER treatment session.

Licensed through the city of Eagan, MN and also received national certification by the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards. With athletic experience, working with many professional and collegiate teams and athletes including NHL and traveling for the NBA. I have also been contracted with the NFL Minnesota Vikings, as one of their team massage therapists, going on 5 years now. SKOL!

With a unique background as a former professional opera singer, Libby brings a deep understanding of movement, performance, and body awareness to her massage therapy practice. After years of relying on optimal physical function to support the demands of the performing arts, she developed a passion for helping others move, feel, and perform at their best.

Specializing in deep tissue massage, sports massage, cupping therapy, and Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), Libby focuses on improving mobility, restoring balance, and enhancing overall performance. Her approach blends evidence-informed therapeutic techniques with a holistic understanding of how the body adapts to stress, movement patterns, and injury.

Inspired by emerging fascial research and Asian bodywork traditions, Libby continually expands her knowledge to provide effective, individualized care. She has advanced training in gait analysis and NeuroKinetic Therapy® (NKT), allowing her to assess movement dysfunctions and identify compensatory patterns that may contribute to pain, restriction, or decreased performance.

Before I became a massage therapist I worked as a CNA/PTA for ten years a rehabilitation hospital. While working along side doctors and physical therapists helping patients recover from a large variety of injuries and ailments I realized the power of therapeutic touch, this sparked a passion that lead me to massage therapy. I have been practicing massage since 2015, every year that I get to practice the art of massage my love for what I do grows. I feel so incredibly blessed that I get to show up to a job I truly love and make a difference in the lives of every single person who walks through my doors.  I am in trained in over 100 different modalities, while I tend to specialize in sports therapy, cupping and injury recovery, my goal is to tailor each session to YOUR individual needs. Emily is a Northwestern graduate with a massage therapy degree, known for her unique blend of intuitive and therapeutic techniques. Specializing in Swedish and Sports Massage, both modalities offer a range of benefits, including relaxation, pain relief, injury prevention, improved circulation, and enhanced flexibility.

In addition to these techniques, Emily also provides Sculptural Face Lifting Massage, which not only aids in emotional release but also relieves muscle tension, diminishes facial lines, and creates a beautiful visible lift.

I’m Nikki Toussaint, owner of Toussaint Studios, Minnesota native, and fun enthusiast. I grew up as an athlete, playing soccer, softball, lacrosse, and was also a dancer for 14 years. I love to move! I specialize in deep tissue, trigger point work, and sports massage, and have worked with various forms of athletes throughout my career (hobby, collegiate, professional, and retired). I have also worked with the Minnesota United soccer team for two seasons- Go Loons!

I started my massage career graduating from Aveda Institute of Minneapolis. I have a background in chiropractic where I worked with athletes, prenatal patients, various injuries, auto accidents, lymphatic specialty needs, and lots of wellness care patients. I also date an amateur skateboarder so I am very familiar with injury care.

Hi everyone, I’m Jill!

My path has taken me through many areas of health and wellness, social work, yoga, shiatsu, massage therapy, doula/ birth support, and birth education. This array of experience has given me a holistic perspective on care as well as a deep appreciation for the ways our bodies work so hard for us each day. My intention is to support whole-body wellness by guiding people back into balance, reconnecting mind and body while bringing the nervous system into a state of calm.

Outside of work, I’ve been married to my partner Stu for 19+ years, and we have two kids who will be 9 and 12 in October. As a family, we love to travel, downhill ski, and go on adventures together. We have bee hives, chickens, and too many pets. I also enjoy running, reading, and spending time outdoors. 

I’m really excited to start this new chapter of  beginning my own business. I’m looking forward to learning from all of you and being part of this community !

I am Alyssa, I specialize in intuitive bodywork, incorporating methods such as cupping, hot stones, breathing and movement as well as energy work.

I have been a massage therapist since graduating from Carlson College of Massage Therapy in 2010. I am endlessly curious and love learning new skills and techniques that can support the people I work with. Over the years, I have added sound bowl healing, Thai bodywork, and reiki to my toolbox, blending different methods into treatments that are personalized for each client.

I believe that we all need nurturing as humans. My goal is to create an experience that feels grounding, safe, and restorative, while offering the kind of care that allows people to soften, exhale, and reconnect with themselves.

Outside of work, I am a homeschooling mother of four beautiful children. I love learning and reading, travel and good food, and playing music whenever I can. My life is full of movement, curiosity, and care, and those same qualities find their way into the work I offer.
