After a thorough consultation, each session is fully customized to ensure your specific needs are met. This is a targeted treatment for those looking to improve mobility and reduce pain. Deep tissue and trigger point techniques used. Chronic, acute, multiple symptomatic issues can be addressed. Different modalities in addition to massage therapy may include active and passive stretching, cupping therapy, IASTM (scraping), and the use of a percussive massage gun to help break up adhesions and improve circulation throughout the body.

CranioSacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle hands on technique that uses a light touch to examine membranes and movement of the fluids in and around the central nervous system. It’s a type of bodywork that relieves compression in the bones of the head, sacrum, and spinal column. Through the gentle manipulation of the bones in the skull, spine, and pelvis, the flow of cerebrospinal fluid in the central nervous system can be normalized. This removes “blockages” from the normal flow, which enhances the body’s ability to heal.
